I lost ALL of my hair to seizure meds and tests. I was so shy and embarrassed that I could barely speak. When I took off my hat, the owner didn’t even flinch. She took me all around her store, showed me several gorgeous high quality wigs in several colors and styles she knew would look best with my face shape and very small child-size head. She made me feel beautiful even without any hair – mine or hers! She took her time with me and tried several wigs on me in my price range which was pretty low with all my medical expenses and showed me everything I will ever need to know about caring for a wig too – free of charge! She does not charge people to try on wigs in spite of what other store owners will tell you because they cannot compete with this store’s prices and the owner’s personal customer service! After 45 minutes of her wonderfully warm and caring customer service, my husband finally had to help me decide between 3 full wigs of the highest quality I really liked that looked so real and natural on me. I will never go anywhere else for all of my wig needs! If angels are roaming on the Earth, I’m pretty sure I found one who owns a wig shop in Springfield, Missouri. I’ve never met anyone else in any type of store who exhibits such true honesty and care for other human beings even if she doesn’t make a high return on her initial investment on her products or time spent helping a person male or female feel good about himself/herself.
